A house blend is typically a medium roast designed to be smooth and balanced for standard drip coffee makers. An espresso blend is generally roasted darker to withstand the high pressure of an espresso machine, creating a thick crema and bold flavor that cuts through milk.

How do you choose beans for signature blends? We choose beans for our signature blends by identifying complementary flavor profiles.
